I recently visited The Board and Brew with a friend, and we had the absolute best time! We were initially planning to just go for coffee, but we noticed the menu and the food items looked so nice that we couldn't resist ordering.The food and drinks completely blew us away. Stopped in for a coffee and breakfast on a whim. Got the Iced Banana Brown Sugar Latte and a Plain Bagel Breakfast Sandwich. Coffee was delightful. I enjoy an odd coffee flavor and this one didn't disappoint. The sandwich was good, I wish there was an option for something other than a bagel but I don't expect every business to offer the same things. I did not go to browse the game library but I'm sure it was grand. I had a book to read while I waited and though the music selection was fun the volume was a little loud. I had a good experience overall and I am glad I decided to come here

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic experience this weekend at The Board and Brew! It was the first time visiting for both of us. The space was cozy and comfy and filled with a lot of natural light. The wait was fairly short, and they have a wonderful library of games (organized helpfully by type), fantastic food & drinks (the maitake sandwich, pomegranate rose lassi, and pot of oolong tea were all *chef's kiss*), and very friendly and kind staff (shout out to our wonderful server Ry)! Got the Pesto Chicken Sandwich. It had a hair. Thats yuck. Ok mistakes happen. When I complained to them the answer was ‘Ok’. No refund offered. They said I had to comeback in person to complain with the Hair-sandwich. Mistakes happen - how you provide the experience to help your customers matter. Bad experience.
