I try not to go to the same place twice when I’m on a trip, but I had to make an exception for Top Hat. I got the Bacon Egg and Cheese waffle first, and they gave me a great recommendation for the Bacon Anna Butter waffle on my second visit. The iced latte was great too. Staff is super friendly and personable, and the lounge area is very nice!

This place is very nice. The staff if great. The food is great. I ordered the Bacon Egg + Cheese waffle. It was really good. My only issue was the bacon. It was a bit to hard for me. Other than that it was really good.

The staff was kind and patient which is RARE for a coffee shop like this. They have beautiful backlit menus so you dont have to squint and then decide at the register. I mistakenly grabbed the wrong food from the counter, ate it, (delicious) and then they called my real order. I told them I grabbed the wrong order and they immediately told me don’t worry about it and gave me the food I ordered anyway. Would definitely be back for the service alone, but the waffles did change my life as advertised.

I travel for work, typically taking early flights, so I regularly order an oat milk cortado everywhere I go. The one I had here was without exaggeration the best I've ever had. The whole team, including, Natanne who took my order, Dylan who made my coffee, and the manger Haley were so nice. If you're in the area, you should definitely stop by.
