The atmosphere on a Monday morning was quiet and calm. The staff was very kind and attentive. We got a coffee, chocolate bar and maple bar donut. Very tasty. The donuts were dense, I tend to like them a little lighter and fluffier. The chocolate glaze on top was tasty. The coffee was good and so was the maple bar. There are nice large windows inside which gives you pretty views to look at. The place was clean and well organized.

Walked in as the doors opened. Met with a warm smile and helpful attitude. I was ready to pay. At this time I was informed that they are a cashless establishment. What a let down. The cashier felt my frustration & instead of being rude or snarky he said would you still like one of your doughnuts? Very surprised and more than thankful. It is not everyday that someone is willing to embrace empathy. My morning has turned out to be fantastic. Top Pot's employee is exactly what everyone should strive to be. Helpful & understanding! Wonderful place, leaving on Amtrak so had time to check in and get here and back from train station. The barista was awesome, what a beautiful place! Thank you for remaining open even on holidays! The 20oz latte has 4 shots, thank you Top Pot and thank you Seattle!!

Excellent Donuts! We had the maple and chocolate (bar) long johns. Very puffy dough and great taste with the frosting. Easy to get to location from the water front.
