Came here for dinner and it seemed a bit chaotic in there even though only 2 tables were taken. The server was very busy between the to go orders and the dine in customers. Our order didn’t take long to come out, but there were some errors with what we ordered. We decided not to complain and just have them remove the extras we requested from the bill since we didn’t get what we ordered. Positives -Server was very friendly -Good location with plenty of parking Negatives -The menus were so dirty and had sticky stuff on them. -Overpriced for the simplicity and amount of food.

Ordered through DoorDash. The driver arrived about 30 minutes after the food was marked ready, then had to wait another 15 minutes because it still wasn’t finished. I understood they were busy. I asked through the driver for extra soy sauce, but there was somehow a miscommunication and they thought I wanted free potsticker entree. I clarified that I simply wanted extra soy sauce and even agreed to substitute spicy mayo instead. The biggest issue was the customer service. We visited Bonchon on a Wednesday afternoon around 2:30 PM and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The restaurant was quiet at that time, which made for a peaceful and relaxed meal. Despite being empty, the service was absolutely spot-on—our server was incredibly kind, attentive, and quick with everything we needed. Food was rotten and blaclk on inside. HAI the manager said this never happens then said he cab arrange for a new order. Then said he doesn't know why i would trust them to make my food if its rotten .
