This is hands down the best pizza restaurant in the area. Ordering from pizza places is usually easy, but somehow Marco’s makes it even easier and faster. Their menu has so many great options, but the calzones are my absolute favorite! I work for a company nearby and often need to order food quickly, and Marco’s is always my go‑to. There have been nights when I’ve had to call in an order the old‑fashioned way, and they’ve always been quick to help and even rushed delivery for me. First off I want to start off by how much we love this pizza!!!! We have had Marcos in multiple diffrent locations and have excellent pizzas! But that last 3 Friday nights we have ordered we have been very in happy with the pizzas being sent out! We had family over tonight and bragged up Marcos pizza and get it home and it’s burnt and half and pepperonis not spread out and not what we have had at other locations and 3 very unhappy visits! We have given the shakopee location multiple chances super disappointed cause their pizza is so good but has not been good when ordered from here! Hopefully

I ordered from Marco’s Pizza in Shakopee, and this was a straight-up horrible experience. My order was delivered to the wrong address, and I never received any call or message from the driver. When I called the store, the employees kept insisting that the food was delivered, even though I never received it. I calmly explained the situation, but they refused to listen and just repeated that it was delivered. When I asked to speak to a manager, the person on the phone claimed to be one. Um yikes. Anyone who follows me knows I always hesitate to write bad reviews cause places can have off days... but 2 stars for this place is generous. We were very very excited to try Marcos finally, and even drove for 17 minutes to get here. Placing order online was super easy and the rewards program seems average. Store itself is a very old strip mall that seems like you walked back to the 70s which if the food was good would have made it retro and trendy... as it was it was dingy and dark. Ordered 2 large pizza - first timers so pepperoni and cheese - pretty standard. I'm 100% a sauce guy
