Customer service is A+. My coffee is always great quality, and that means something coming from a regular customer to this location. Today’s reason for a good review was my acknowledgment that I keep returning because of great drive thru service. I picked up my coffee this morning without my ETA to work changing on the GPS.

Eww, what a weird interaction this morning. Ordered a French Vanilla Iced Capp. Something I’ve ordered for years. Instead of just taking the order, the red haired employee felt the need to correct me with “it’s just vanilla,” like whatever I was ordering wasn’t a thing. The drink was obvious, clearly. The correction was unnecessary, because she knew exactly what I was asking for. And yes, “French Vanilla Iced Capp” is used on Tim Hortons menus at other locations... Maybe focus on training staff on common menu wording (and basic customer service, judging by other reviews) instead of micromanag

Got 3 large coffees 2 cream 2 sugar w/ caramel and it tasted like water with no caramel whatsoever. The time hortons on the corner of Vandyke and 21 mile is waaaaay better
