I always get extra onion but I never get extra I get nothing everytime and have to have them remake it every time. Tonight though- ranch was expired, fries tasted old, burger had no onion and ketchup all over the top bun.

I had a terrible first experience at McDonald’s. I pulled into the drive-thru and waited at the speaker for over 10 minutes, and no one even bothered to respond. Not a single acknowledgment. All I wanted to order was a simple bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle, but apparently that was too much to ask. This kind of service is completely unacceptable and honestly ridiculous. If management is paying attention, this needs to be addressed. Employees should be ready to take orders, especially during normal business hours. Customers shouldn’t be left sitting there wondering if anyone is even working.

I visited this McDonald’s location around 5:00 AM and was very disappointed with the service. After waiting at the drive-thru speaker with no response, I pulled up to the window where staff were present but made no effort to acknowledge or assist me for roughly 3 mins. The man finally came to address it, while the woman who was in charge of the drive thru ignored me. For a restaurant that advertises 24/7 service, this experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Consistency and attentiveness—especially during overnight hours—are important, and I hope management addresses this issue.
