The customer service is good here, but there's inconsistencies from the kitchen sometimes. One of the times I ordered a half box of boneless gold fried chicken, half the order came with bones. They also say each half box comes with 9-10 pieces, so a full box would be between 18-20. I've previously consistently gotten 20 pieces when I ordered a full box. One of my full boxes came with 18 pieces this time, and they were even on the smaller side compared to other boxes' pieces. From 2025: The "extras" with takeout (like sauces and sides) have been inconsistent depending on who you get up front.

DELICIOUS KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN! Discovered this location while on a job site across the street. We live in Downtown Seattle and will drive up to this location for Korean chicken! Both the bone-in and boneless chicken, both crispy, juicy, and super flavorful! Spicy Yang Nyeom Chicken is the best flavor! Spicy, Sweet, and SO Flavorful! I need to not get too excited to eat our food and take a pic first, next time!! GO TRY IT! Edit: Recently went back to dine in for dinner and take pics, lol.
