I’ve been to this Chipotle location a few times before, but this last visit was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The staff was rude and completely uninterested in providing even basic customer service. It felt like they were annoyed that I was even placing an order. On top of that, the portions were shockingly small. They barely put any rice, protein, or toppings in the bowl — way less than what other Chipotle locations serve — yet they’re still charging full price. I used to go to the chipotle from one it opened until about a month ago, and I always had the best service and the food was always prepared correctly and given to me in the correct portions as of the past few times I have been going they don’t give you any food and they never have steak available. I go to the Chipotle about three times a week and every single time there is never steak. The new staff they have hired gives you half of a bowl.

I have been to this location previously and didn't have any problems, but tonight was a totally different story. The staff totally ignored the fact that we were standing waiting to place our order. They were more interested in the conversations they were having amongst themselves. When I finally was asked to place my order they didn't have any steak or the the shredded beef!! I was in disbelief and when I asked the person taking my order if I heard correctly that they didn't have any meat, he rolled his eyes, turned his head and sighed. I recently dined at Chipotle for a fundraiser for my daughter’s school marching band. We ordered three burrito bowls. Everything was very fresh! Normally I get a steak bowl with just cilantro-lime rice, black beans, chicken, lettuce and mozzarella cheese. Today, I decided to try it with the sauces on the side: Sour cream, tomatillo-green chile salsa, tomatillo-red chili salsa, guacamole, and fresh tomato salsa. It was super delicious and flavorful! It is extra for the second meat option. Overall we had a great time! I definitely recommend Chipotle for an organization fundraiser!
