I ordered 4 chicken bite boxes, a loaded fry, a large fry and 4 of the new cheesecake bites. I waited nearly 20mins and was the only car in line the whole time. Once i got the food. The large fry was the only thing hot. All of the fry bite boxes were brunt and the cream cheese bites were not as advertised. No powdered sugar and had burnt spots, yet it was under cooked. I dont know how you managed that but it happened. It was after 7pm and I didnt see the chicken until after I went back to have my fries remade only to sit at the window for another 15mins and still have cold fries and a globes o

How this place is still in business is beyond me. This is hands down one of the worst fast-food locations I've ever visited. Every time I give this place another chance, they somehow manage to lower the bar even further. The employees are either standing around doing nothing, claiming the machines don't work, refusing to take orders, or getting the simplest orders completely wrong. I sat in line for nearly 30 minutes as the ONLY customer. One car. That's it. I ordered a large #2 meal with light ice. I went there on Monday. Pulled up to the drive thru and they told me they were only taking DoorDash orders. I guess my question is what constitutes as an understanding that you are only taking DoorDash orders at 5 pm?

They don’t listen to an order!!! 2 of 2 sandwiches were regular and I ordered one plain and another with only Catsup/mustard. LISTEN TO THE ORDER!!!
