Absolutely enjoyed our breakfast here that was enhanced with attentive service! We ordered the Grizz which was more than big enough to share between two people and at the price of $19.99, we felt it was a steal. I especially loved the blueberry pancakes which was recommended by our great waitress. The pancakes are huge and whilst I thought I couldn’t finish it at first, I kept reaching back for more. This was one of those meals that felt comforting in every way, not just the food. We ordered the vegetarian omelette and the bacon and avocado eggs Benedict, and both were exactly what you want from a diner breakfast. The omelette was fluffy and loaded with vegetables, filling without feeling heavy. The eggs Benedict was rich and perfectly balanced, with creamy hollandaise, crisp bacon, and fresh avocado. This place was pleasant for the first time going. The food was actually really good. I had a chicken fried steak and eggs and potatoes with biscuits, my cousin had a sandwich. The gravy was nice, the steak was well battered with a light coating. The biscuits where a little much for my taste, super huge for no apparent reason. Really good cheesecakes. The country near decor was really interesting. Lots of things to look at while you wait. The food was good and our server was very helpful. Found some bear slippers for a reasonable price and they have a nice selection of stuffed black bears, too.
