I placed a to-go order about an hour in advance. My order was supposed to be ready by 12:15. I get to the store & don't get my 2 salads until 12:45!! 30 minutes PAST my pick up time!! This is absolutely unacceptable, considering I placed them an hour in advance! On top of that, they didn't put the main component on my 2 Ceasar salads the CHICKEN & CHEESE!? I should have gotten my 2 salads free after that! Terrible experience!

Will never use their online ordering service again. I ordered me and my daughter Mac n cheese. I got her a kids Mac and ordered a bread bowl for myself. I found out they used door dash for my order. The dasher texted me saying she picked up multiple orders and has 4 before mine. My order arrived late. I did not get my bread bowl just a cup the size of my daughter’s kids Mac n cheese. The only way to contact for online orders is email.

The food was good: fresh, warm, and exactly what you expect from Panera. My sandwich and soup combo hit the spot, but everything came out SO slow. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, a nice spot to relax for a bit. The only other downside was that the staff seemed a little unhappy or tired, which made the atmosphere feel a bit off. No one was rude, but it just lacked that welcoming energy you usually get at Panera. Still, the quality of the food and how smoothly everything ran made it an overall good experience. I’d come back again- hopefully next time it feels a little brighter.

I decided to try out this restaurant in Puyallup and expected not too high of prices and good food. The variety was interesting, but not really my type. The prices were confusing and when I inquired about the 2 for prices, I was led to believe that half a sandwich and half a salad was the price listed instead it was each half was the price listed. In other words, the price listed needed to be multiplied by 2. I cancelled my order and went with the full salad and a coffee. The coffee was lukewarm and the fruit was spoiled on the salad. They did remake the coffee to be hot, though. It was a ta
