I used to work at Chipotle East Brunswick, so I know the proper procedures for food prep. Today, I received an order with uncooked rice, which is completely unacceptable. It’s unsafe, and for the price and wait time, this should never happen. It seems like the night shift is rushing orders instead of following proper cooking procedures, which risks food safety. On top of that, if you try to get a refund, it’s unnecessarily difficult. The Chipotle app, DoorDash, and Uber Eats often won’t give a full refund when the mistake comes from the restaurant. Very good location. Right on Rt 18 and very close to urban air and other shops : very nice parking facilities .. wasn’t too crowded when we went .. service was good because of that :.. nice space inside to sit and eat . There were also tables and chairs outside .. Kids are always big fans of chipotle . We like their rice bowl . 🍚 quantity of food in this location was great . In some locations they just put very little rice and bean . 🫘 the quantity was good in this location . Veggie bowl was good . Quantity was a little less rice and bean etc . I was the only person in line and the guy building my bowl was acting like he was the flash. I barely got any guac, which you already pay extra for. Why can’t you just take your time and build a decent bowl with a good amount of ingredients.

Been going to this place for several years, but in the past year, our experiences have been noticeably disappointing and therefore, today will be our last. We usually order thru app for a quick pick-up and the inconsistent/skimpy amount of food and not-so-easy pick-up are major issues at this location. The first thing my son said when he was handed a bag was "it feels light." He's still looking for the missing food from the bowl he ordered for dinner.
