I was honestly surprised that I ended up rating this location so highly 😊. I mainly stopped by because I wanted to try the wedges and chicken tenders, and I have to say, they were really tasty 🍗🔥. Everything came out hot and fresh, which definitely made a great impression. The wait time was a little longer than expected ⏳, but since I visited on a Friday evening, it was understandable. I’ve actually been there twice now, and both times the food quality was consistent and enjoyable 👍. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the professionalism of the staff 🤔. Today, the Original 3 piece Big Box was terrible. The chicken was dry, darker, and the taste was off. I don’t put condiments on my chicken. So, when the server asked if I wanted hot sauce and honey I accepted it but this threw me off. No condiments could help my chicken. The potato wedges were dry, hard and not edible. The coleslaw tasted different and not good. This was the best coleslaw ever. I am done with KFC.

I ordered two 2 piece white the wait took a while ok cool. I get my food I get all the way home look in the box one of the pieces of chicken was smaller then a nugget not even a whole wing. I drive all the way back to KFC explain and show a female worker that it's not even a whole piece of chicken. She basically told me that how it is. And didn't even try to fix the issue. I will never spend my money there again I hope they go out of business. KFC on 74th Stony
