Went through the drive thru, order was taken fairly quick which was nice. Then we get up, my wife gets her soda in a hot beverage container, which by itself is whatever. But then I get my drink in a perfectly regular cup so like, why did she get hers in something ridiculous to drink out of, she got a soda by the way so it's not like she got something that actually goes in a hot cup. Then we get our food and it's all cold, she's missing 2 nuggets, my sandwich is literally apart in an upside down box that was just thrown in the bag. No napkins. No straws. No sauces for her nuggets. The fries are

My experience at this Wendy's was top tier. The guy on the intercom was so helpful and so was the lady at the window. My food was hot, fresh, right and worth the little wait.

Food wasnt as fresh. Believe it was straight from the heat lamp. Burger ttasted dry. I did go through the drive thru. Wasnt informed about specials. No so good experience. Customer service was minimum.

This Wendy's in front of Sam Wholesale used to be nothing but great. Lately, we have had bad customer service, so I didn't go back for a while. Well, I decided to give them another chance since their competitors was beyond slow. I couldn't even eat my food. With increase of prices, and all these job cuts, I would think people would take their jobs more seriously. N🙄T..... This Wendy's has lost its high rating with me. You have earned an (F) which equal -5 stars. This Wendy's in the Sam Wholesale parking lot on Goodman Rd IS NOT THE PLACE ANYMORE. Clean up, stop hitting those cookie sh
