First, let me start by saying I don’t usually give reviews because my experiences in places are typically pretty mild, but this was wild. If I could give zero stars I would. The worst customer service, and I didn't get any service! I got in, and no one was at the front. A minute later, a dude came out. I said, "How are you doing brother?" He looked at me as if he hated me and his life; he didn't say anything. He was restocking the ingredients, ignoring my existence. Not even a "welcome" or "give me a minute, I'll be right back with you." I stood there for a whole minute, being ignored. I could tell he didn't want me there, so I just left. Very slow worker and other guy who seems to know everything but very rude minded and never comes to help when there is a big line or busy. He is just preparing and preparing side jobs and wasting time. Never smile to the customers.

I am an ex-store manager with 5 years of Subway experience, my husband is an ex-district manager with 10 years of experience. The store was very clean, but that's about as good as it gets. Upon arrival at 12:15PM, there was nothing but stale bread from last night and white bread available. We know by corporate standards you are not supposed to keep bread from the previous night. I got my usual, and could not get more than 2 bites into it without getting the worst case of cotton mouth you can imagine from the bad bread. My husband asked for herb and cheese, and it wasn't yet cooled off for serv
