I became aware of a public social media post that appeared to show customers being photographed and mocked online. While this review is not based on a recent dining experience, I found the content concerning and inconsistent with the level of professionalism and customer respect I expect from restaurant leadership. I hope the matter is reviewed and that customer dignity and respect remain a priority.

If I could leave 0 I would!! I never like to leave reviews. But this was 100 percent intentional. And just like come on? I never complain about how slow this McDonald's is or how they take the back speaker before the order causing a backup. They always have you pull up for cold food. But this? They had me pull up and wait. I asked for no pickle. Said it twice to the lady and an extra piece of cheese. She asked again for a 3rd time and we confirmed. So why do this? To be funny? Its not. Some people are just rude and wrong. Wow. It wont let me post a picture yet. But I will!!

This one's really sucked for a while. I work food service so I get it but to a degree... Sometimes I'll do curbside and I'll be sitting there for upwards of 45 minutes... With no rush... Um... They frequently forget to give me things, in drive thru, delivery, and curbside. It's gotten steadily worse. Sometimes the drinks taste like soap, and most of the food seems like it's well past its throw out time. They are nice enough to give a lot of sauce though? I'll give them that

Food: the food is usually luke warm garbage. Nuggets are borderline rubber. The mcdoubles are flat like a pancake and usually warm to barley warm. Fries are always always always cooled off by the time I receive them. Big macs are a joke here. The big macs are the size a mcdouble should be. Service: hahahahahahahahaha. Stop hiring young people. They dont speak when you say thankyou or anything. Rude. They are too much in a rush to hand you your food so they can get back to standing around.
