We found Molé restaurant along our walkway and decided to make a pit stop. Thankfully, there weren’t a whole bunch of people yet. It was a gorgeous sunny day so we sat outside with a beautiful view overlooking the Spokane River. It was not a clear view due to an obstruction of some leafy vine plants that covered the railing. That made it not so pleasant🫤In order to truly see the view, you literally had to stand. It would’ve been best to have bar height tables and chai
L T★★What a disappointment! It was a beautiful day, we sat outside with a stunning view of the river - and sat and sat. It took 30 minutes to get a drink. They were out of diet Coke and ice tea. No refills, because the server never returned. It was over an hour before the food arrived. No apology, just that they were busy with a large group. The food was OK, not great, and not hot. At least they could have brought more chips, or drinks, or said something. This is not a cheap restaurant. For about $50 per person, I expect much better service and quality of food!

They run the gamut from dark and smoky with the Mezcal Old Fashioned to like an summery with the Mezcal Basil Smash (a lot like a cucumber gimlet, but with Mezcal). Food is great.
