While walking on the Centennial trail with my daughter, Kaylah on 9/9/23. We fell hungry and opted for Mexican food for lunch. We found Molé restaurant along our walkway and decided to make a pit stop. Thankfully, there weren’t a whole bunch of people yet. It was a gorgeous sunny day so we sat outside with a beautiful view overlooking the Spokane River. It was not a clear view due to an obstruction of some leafy vine plants that covered the railing. What a disappointment! It was a beautiful day, we sat outside with a stunning view of the river - and sat and sat. It took 30 minutes to get a drink. They were out of diet Coke and ice tea. No refills, because the server never returned. It was over an hour before the food arrived. No apology, just that they were busy with a large group. The food was OK, not great, and not hot. At least they could have brought more chips, or drinks, or said something. This is not a cheap restaurant. For about $50 per person, I expect much better service and quality of food!

Love this place so much!! Definitely try the passion fruit margarita and the Baja beer battered mahi mahi tacos. The place is beautiful and on sunny days there’s a patio with a view of downtown Spokane!

One of our favorite spots. The drinks are some of the best in town, especially if you like Mezcal—best Mezcal cocktails in town easily. They run the gamut from dark and smoky with the Mezcal Old Fashioned to like an summery with the Mezcal Basil Smash (a lot like a cucumber gimlet, but with Mezcal). Food is great. I always gravitate toward the Mole Negro. it's excellent with any of the protein options, but I like the camarones or salmon.
