May 5, 2026 It seems like this Burger King takes pride in making sure the food is hot and fresh. I think there's only been 1 time in the last couple of months that something tasted old, like it had been sitting under a warmer for a while. The soft serve ice cream is only .69 before taxes. Awesome price! Our favorite item was the jalapeño cheddar bites and they just took them off the menu 😕😠 I hope somebody who makes menu decisions reads this and decides to bring them back. Because there's been several people I've talked to who said that item was their favorite thing too.

Food is good if you get it when the cooking grease/oil is fresh & clean. Otherwise your original chicken sandwich will taste like a fish sandwich. Service staff are friendly, except management under pressure he is snappy & rude, and typically food prep is slow which puts customer orders slow. Lobby & dining area is always very clean and quiet.

I recently had an incredibly disrespectful experience with the manager, Sarah, at this establishment. Her behavior came across as blatantly discriminatory. She treats white customers far better than customers of color. When I placed my order, she seemed irritated, gave me attitude, and didn’t even bother to repeat it back to confirm. However, as soon as a white customer walked in, she was attentive, polite, and repeated their order with a smile. Even when I said thank you, she completely ignored me, yet warmly acknowledged others. It is shocking that someone with such behavior is in a leaders

I have been to this location maybe 5 times now and it has never gone smooth. The food is always cold and the wait time is insane for fast food. They have messed up my order 4/5 times, sometimes forgetting items from the order. I always use the app and normally they give a refund for their mistake but today they did not. I ordered the Limited time BLT burger and they put no bacon on it. The quality control at this store is just sad. Makes me scared to think about how the inside of the operation looks. If they cant make the food right, who knows if they are cleaning right. I know times are toug
