Let me start by saying I love this 7 Brew.. but my experience today has left a bad taste for me. I’m usually in & out quickly with no problem. This time I was waiting for a long time, for both my order to be taken & the coffee to come out. (Never had this issue before). BUT nonetheless it wasn’t that big of an issue. The part that ticked me off was when I got my coffee it was absolutely SUGARY (neverrr been like that before, EVER)… I couldn’t taste the coffee because the sugar was overpowering. My coworker and I were doing a quick run for work and we didn’t have our phones with us. I have never had their coffee, but he has at a different location and he told me how good their coffee was. We pulled up and there was not a big drive up menu to view like you would see at a fast food restaurant although he stated the Raeford location has one. The older lady wasn’t very helpful. We explained we didn’t have our phones to look at the menu as she suggested. They didn’t have a paper menu and she didn’t offer any suggestions. If zero stars was possible, I would rate it as zero. First off, this place is a coffee shop, it is supposed to specialize in coffee and all actions around serving coffee. Our simple order…1 large coffee with cream and sugar as well as 1 large decaf with cream and Splenda. Here are the issues in order as we experienced them: 1. The worker read back the wrong order…mixed up the Splenda and both were read back as a medium. 2. Upon receiving the second coffee, the lid and coffee exploded as I grabbed it. First, I LOVE 7BREW! But I came to this location, usually the one on Bragg, but it took over 20 minutes to get through the line. The left lane was moving 2-3 cars in the time it took the right lane to move 1 car! Definitely won’t be back at this location.
