Don’t recommend if you’re in a hurry. We were the only people in the restaurant and there was 3-4 cars in the drive thru. We ordered through the kiosk and after waiting for 20 minutes we went up to the counter and asked if they had an ETA on our order. The young man said that would start working on it. Another 5 minutes goes by before our order is ready, we unwrap one the burritos we ordered and it looks like it has exploded in wrapper. When we took it back to the counter and asked for it be remade there was some rude remarks heard coming from the kitchen.

Huge shoutout to the team at the Taco Bell on Kearney. I was out on a 2 AM Dashing session and really needed a pick-me-up if you will. Not only was the service lightning-fast with zero wait, but the staff actually treated me like a human being rather than just another order number. I had a Dirty Pepsi that was mixed perfectly and was exactly what I needed to power through most of my dashing shift. If you’re out late and want service that doesn’t feel like a 'money grab,' this is the spot. Stopped by tonight after working a 14 hour shift. The gentleman at the drive thru was polite and professional. We ordered a chicken quesadilla, Mexican pizza and a #6 Doritos locos taco supreme meal. The food was made with care. Everything was warm and fresh. Great job all around.

The manager was rude. Didn't make the food right and then argued about it and rolled her eyes at us. The only positive was our food was remade but she needs to learn customer service skills. Maybe it's because she's young. Hopefully she either learns how to be nicer or gets a job not involving customers.
