I don't get the reviews of this location. I've been here like 3 times in the last month and a half. I've had a great experience every time. The restaurant is bright and relatively clean, there's good music on the speakers, there's always a ton of the fun paper crowns out on the tables, and you can order by kiosk or with a person at the counter if that's your preference. I went in and ordered at the kiosk. I waited at the counter surrounded by almost utter silence and was handed my drink cup without a word said by the employee. When my food was done it was simply handed to me without a word as well. When I sat down I wasn't sure if I enjoyed the silence, or if it was slightly unnerving. Overall the restaurant was very clean and I was impressed that my order was made fresh. Where it was lacking in my opinion is that it was too automated and the employees had no character. The employees weren't rude, they also didn't speak. They were just there. I'm my opinion

We used the drive-through. My husband has an accent when speaking, but you can understand him. He asked for Sprite, and coke seems like the African American understood diet coke. It was clearly a misunderstanding, but his ATTITUDE WAS WAY OFF! He got mad and screamed, "thats what we ordered"........ That's not the way to do business, it takes 2 seconds to change the soda the place was empty. The burgers 🍔 were as asked, fries were hot, and they added napkins. No ketchup.
