KC★Over 40 minutes in the drive thru, not busy. As a quick service restaurant owner myself, this is very clearly a leadership fail based on previous reviews. Cashier was not friendly or kind, bare minimum human interaction. With so many reviews of this kind, and no change, ownership is obviously disconnected and disengaged. The employees and customers deserve better. EDIT: order was wrong after all that. Order was placed online.
West Virginia 579★Glad I paid extra for 5 pieces of shredded lettuce and the inedible pieces of tomato... It's a sandwich.. Which includes; 1 Bun 1 full size edible slice of tomato Handfull of shredded lettuce And some mayo.. How does one let said sandwich defeat you.. Yet here we are... Unfortunately, we didn’t catch the employee’s name, so I’m including the date and time in hopes that management can recognize him. Our family had just come from the emergency vet after a very stressful day with our dog, and we stopped to pick up a few burgers for him. The employee working the drive-thru was incredibly kind and sweet to our 4- and 6-year-old boys, and his small act of kindness truly brightened our day. Customer service like that makes a lasting impression, and we wanted to take a moment to say thank you. What
Jeffery Carter★I’ll start by saying that I go here way too often. Out of laziness and convenience, mostly. Thanks to how rude the girl was who brought me my food tonight, after being asked to pull forward for no reason because no one was behind me, that won’t be an issue going forward. I spend way too much money at this particular location to be treated that way and don’t think I’m going to spend another penny with this establishment.
