If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely ABHORRENT how I was just treated by the staff. Upon getting there, I noticed a huge line of people. Perfectly fine, I have time. Few minutes go by, orders are being taken, line is somewhat moving. I notice a cop car pull around, knowing something is up. This mcdonald’s is always problematic, ESPECIALLY with the workers, cutting corners and taking shortcuts just to put stuff out, and it’s not even on time ANYWAYS!!! Today, I went to the location on 16 miles Mount Road— Sterling Heights Michigan — time was 12:46pm. where my younger cousin work, as I wanted to say hello to her. However, the manager’s behavior was terrible; she wouldn't let me say hello and instead snapped at my cousin, ordering her to go back inside😞. Thank you so much. I am done with McDonald's. no more.

The service here is so bad. The lady at the window was so rude. She said hurry up when I was trying to pay her with exact change. Then I still had to sit there and wait for my food so what was the point of rushing me? Then the lady who handed me the food literally couldn’t close the window faster on me so I never even got a chance to ask for anything. The order was also wrong too.

Incompetent staff may 15 418 am get rid of them. Im tired of coming here every single night having to come here nightly to pick up doordash orders and they dont change their menu on doordash for the customers. I keep coming to get dinner items when only breakfast is being served and they arent offering the customer replacements or they have their tablet turned off and claim to have not recieved the order and refuse to make it. major L when you waste my time and the customes.
