I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts on November 1st around 6 PM. The lights were off, there was no open sign, and it looked like the store was closed. When someone finally came to take my order, he was playing a game on his phone while handling cash and preparing my drink.. extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. He gave me a room-temperature coffee instead of a hot one, and when I asked if it was even hot, he told me to wait while he made another. The guy at the front register was very welcoming and polite, which I appreciated. However, my order was incorrect—I asked for two bagels with strawberry cream cheese but received plain cream cheese instead. I went back to address the issue, and the staff was courteous and assured me the order would be fixed. Unfortunately, when I received the “remade” bagels, it was clear the girl who was making the food had simply scraped off the plain cream cheese and added the strawberry cream cheese on top.
