Used to love eating at Rallys/Checkers, but they're food, service, and prices have become terrible. Took 15 minutes with 1 car in front of me, half that time was me waiting at the window. Tiny portions: burger is smaller than a McDonald's cheeseburger and the amount of fries in a $6 loaded fries is pathetic. Food tastes alright but not as good as before. All of this for a medium combo for nearly $19 is insane. Bully for me for eating out.

Meh. My food was somewhat cold and bland (I got the Cheesy Bacon Clucker or whatever it's called). In fact, the chicken tasted a bit off. I had to doctor it up with some condiments I had on hand at the house to make it taste good. The bun was also pathetically cold and flat, almost as if it had been pushed down or stepped on. Even the fries, usually the most up-to-snuff component of any Rally's experience, tasted as if the frying oil had not been changed for quite some time. There also seemed to not be as many as there should have been. Reasonably friendly service, however. The food was

Waited a little while for a hot sandwich. I was told I had hot fries but they weren't fresh. They were either redipped or cooked in old grease.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Rally’s location. When ordering, the employee at the window asked if we wanted to wait for fresh apple pies or “nah,” which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. We chose to wait, expecting fresh food, but once we received our order, all of our fries and fish sandwiches were old and burnt. The quality was unacceptable, and the customer service was lacking.
