The drive through makes you wait until they have the previous car cleared from the window so they can fake good serving times. I placed a mobile order and waited 12 mins behind 3 cars. Each car they answered right away and said they would be right with them. 3-4 mins later they apologize for the wait, take the oder, then have you pull around. Food ready within 1 min of pulling up. I would have been waiting either way, but it bothers me when metrics can be faked to appear they are doing a good job. The cups are so full of ice that there is less than a small size worth of actual beverage. Also

It's really hit or miss with Burger King. It seemed like for a solid month after I started hearing the commercials about them improving the quality of their food, it really was good. But, that didn't last long, and it was business as usual. Super disappointed in them. Although, their quality and customer service is exponentially better than the Madison West location!

I purchased a chicken sandwich meal. It arrived on another order with our table without my fries. Went back to the counter, explained my problem. The asst. manager said he would make my order right. But never received my fries. I went back-up & he wanted to give to then. I said no thank you we are finished with our meal & are leaving. I would like the difference back. And he agreed. Problem solved.
