Varsity responded to questions on Facebook a few days before. Then when we got there they were already working to get the game on and they setup the projection screen at the end of the table for us. It’s become our regular spot every other weekend while out shopping — until a recent visit when there was a mix-up with our bill. I had paid part in cash and part by card, but it seemed that only part of the cash was applied. Initially, the situation was frustrating, but after reaching out, Varsity responded promptly and professionally. They reviewed the transaction, confirmed the error, and corrected it right away.
