I’m disappointed because my receipt clearly showed two pan pizzas, but I only received one hand tossed pizza. The toppings were correct, but the size, quantity, and crust type were all wrong. I assumed both pizzas were packed together until I opened the box. I appreciated the partial refund, but this order was not what I paid for.

I called at 11:43 PM on 05/22/2026 to place an order for delivery. Unfortunately, the gentleman who answered the phone did not seem very happy to be working and had very low energy throughout the interaction. He also did not seem interested in accommodating any of the modifications I wanted to make to my order. After providing my Sun Prairie delivery address, he seemed very eager to tell me that they were unable to deliver to my location, which honestly came as a surprise since I live only about 2 miles away. Placed a delivery order at 6:30 for a pizza and wings. Estimated delivery time was 7:00. 7:00 came and went. 7:30 came and went. Finally at 7:45 my bell rings, and I noticed immediately that the box felt colder than usual. Well thats because it was cold pizza inside. How are you gonna hand someone a cold AND burnt pizza? I called and got a refund because this is unacceptable. No I dont want your store credit, why would I order again if this is the level of service I should expect? Just another childhood memory that has gone to crap.

This place is terrible!!!! We ordered the personal pizza box with wings on oct 12th via door dash the chicken was raw on the inside. Door dash wouldn’t give us a credit, we called the store to complain and the man we spoke to was very apologetic and said he would check the fryers and put a 30$ credit for next time but we had to order through the store directly. Come today 11-1-24 we called to place our order and they stated they had no note for a credit for us and that the chicken wasn’t raw because they are pre cooked and blanched. They also told us we had the wrong store! We do not! The addr
