Logan Armstrong★I finished the rest of my food before i moved onto my burger. I noticed a black hair sticking out from my bun. Opened it up and found a long black hair curled in it. NASTY! USE HAIR NETS for crying out loud.
Volation★Waited 20 mins for what they said would be fresh fries and sandwich. One of the fries was good and fresh while the other fries I had order were completely cold and stale. The bottom bun on my sandwich was also burnt. Paid extra for sauce cups for the fries that I also never received, very disappointing.
Trotting Terror★These incidents took place on February 26th at around 7:pm. For context I have Autism, Anxiety, PCOS, Prediabetes, Moderate sleep apnea, mild GERD and Gastroparesis and more As someone who lives close by to this location it saddens and angers me to say this but I will now ban myself from this location and McDonald's in general. The last time I was there I was sleeping, I'm also in a rocky situation so I can't be home a lot. A staff member who was very thin and a girl woke me up and told me “you can't be sleeping here unless you order something,” which I previously did using 1,500 points to
Daniel Khalar★★★★★Helpful and totally enjoyable people. Workers are nice and truly understandable and listens to whatever you want to say. I honestly mistakenly thought one item was another but I had a good experience with how the worker explained clearly and for me to fully understand the difference between the two items. Sparkling beautiful eyes and really lovely smiles
