In Argentina, a tostado is typically served as a full sandwich cut into two triangles, so when I received what appeared to be only one portion, I politely asked for clarification. Instead of receiving a courteous explanation, the staff member responded rudely, told me that was how it was served, turned around, made a dismissive hand gesture, and walked away while I was still speaking. Today (04/29/26), at approximately 1820 hours, in addition to buying steak and spending almost $300, I saw a shovel and a wood poker—traditional for Argentinian and Uruguayan BBQ.
