I did a mobile order for a grilled salad with fries and a drink the drink had extra ice witch I didn’t ask for and they didn’t give me my fries. I went in to get my fries. The salad only had 3 little pieces and no tomatoes. I tried calling twice but it went to voicemail. I ordered around 6 pm. A waist of money go to another Jack in the box.

Ordered online and my order was completely wrong from how I had customized it not only that but I couldn't pull up a proper receipt on their app. Would not recommend ever coming here again. I can't believe Jack in the box is falling so low

#3 Combo meal rung up ~$1.20 more than advertised. $17.89 for a regular size. Quite literally cheaper to order DoorDash from Red Robin.
