I went there to meet a client. The dining room floor is slippery as an ice rink. It is very oily. Who mopped the floor with grease water? Also, there was a speaker that is nearly fallen out of the ceiling. There is trim falling from from the ceiling right above tables. * This IS 0 star dining room. * I can't imagine the lack of food safety based on what customer experiences. * Be better off to go to the Burger King on the other side of Van Born.

This location is always super slow and rude. looking at how dirty the deep fryer station was I walk out.

I guess I must have visited on an off day, I was standing by the counter for 7 minutes before someone took my order. The delay was odd because no one was in front of me and the restaurant was not crowded. That was just the beginning of my not-so-great experience there. I am willing to give it another try since I have had great experiences at other Wendy's locations. Hopefully a better experience next time.

Service is so poor…. I had to wait a long time for my food…. Staffs very sluggish. (between 7 and 9pm Sunday) the dude is pretty good but there’s this lady who act like she’s tired of working.
