Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is 1 place that makes coffee & lattes so much better than Starbucks (richer, higher quality taste). Many of the comparable items are also 25 to 75 cents cheaper, depending on what it is. The environment feels more relaxed, for some reason. I tried a really good coconut cream iced latte at this location. I don’t know why, but a crazy lady almost hit me when I crossed the street within the crosswalk to get here. Very nice employees. I ordered a black coffee on ice and he told me no coffee was brewed and it would take about 10 minutes. So he instead made me an Americano on ice and only charged me for the black coffee. I will definitely be returning much more often.

Walked in this morning 9/22/2025 ,greeted the girl up front “good morning,” with no response back. Appeared annoyed. Store was empty. Waited to order for 2 minutes, no greeting, no hello…. Nothing. When orderring I was rudely interrupted with “HOT or COLD.” I completed my order, tip per usual then sat to wait for my 2 coffees. There were 2 employees then 1 other customer walked in. I love the taste of coffee unfortunately I can no longer have caffeine, so I always order Decaf blended I always put on order make sure it's decaf, and I was halfway done with drink and I knew it wasn't decaf...this could of sent me to the hospital....not to pleased with this...
