Yeah, I’m not sure who they’re used to dealing with but I walked into the window. I was being nice. I knocked a trying to get a cup of coffee, but I realize that the drive-through is open 24 hours a day but they have a walk up window and the employees that were in there were like just sitting there ignoring me so I couldn’t even purchase a cup of coffee and had to walk somewhere else when they were on break I don’t know, but you know to be ignored when I’m a paying customerI do that’s pretty rude tapped on the window and I got nothing

I believe I’ve been through the drive thru here at least two times. Both times I got all the food I ordered. The first time I went here was during the day. It went noticeably better than the previous time I went here. The service was good and the atmosphere was respectable. The second time I went here the person who was at the window took a very long time to not only deliver my food but also the food for the person in the vehicle ahead of me. At one time the person dropped some stuff on the floor and from what I could tell this person was nervous. I believe it was because someone else worki

Used to love Jack in the Box, but like many fast food establishments--the prices seem to rise in direct correlation to a decrease in quality & consistency. Visited this particular drive-thru about 10pm after a show. We ordered 4 items. Paid at window & luckily we checked bag before leaving vicinity. Of course, there was only 3 items included. So we drove back, didn't want to wait in line at drive-thru so parked to go in. They having meeting, were not very responsive, but did eventually fix issue. One item was Jr Bacon Cheeseburger for $3.50. Yes, I knew this was from value menu....but come on.

The food was awesome, we ordered a triple chicken. The staff was also helpful. Ordered a jack jumbo as well, that was also really tasty. The limited offers they have are really great and affordable. The taco sauce is also yummy. The atmosphere is also quite good. They also have a lot of choices for soft drinks, numerous diet options are available as well.
