One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order the day before, thinking it would save time. When I arrived, the restaurant had no idea about my order. The “manager” was immediately rude and dismissive. I had to give him my order all over again, even though I was already running late and had ice melting in my car—exactly the reason I ordered ahead in the first place. Was empty when I was there. Plenty tvs. Clean. Well lit. Sufficient staffing. Everything was just fine Almost $60 for 6 chicken wings, an order of french fries and a couple 16 oz beers seemed high lol Tasted good but these were party-size not full wings. Is it me? 🤷🏾‍♀️

The most disgusting experience of my life! I ordered bone-in chicken wings and got so many feathers in my food—they looked like worms coated in BBQ sauce, damn it. Thanks to them, I never want to eat chicken wings again in my life. The manager didn't even apologize; he said they’d refund the money in three days, but realistically, they won't. This is the second time they’ve played games with me. You can't even place an order without paying upfront, yet they claim the refund takes three days? Damn thieves.
