Came in and had to bowls waiting on the line th lady was very mean and rude ask to try cilantro’s sauce she said it’s up charge told her no big deal . Ask for cheese they say no more. What got me mad when the manager Sara . Sara did nothing she has no idea who to handle the situation. Sorry Sara no experience whatsoever so ever . Got charged 1.50 to try it

Take out staff was rude and extremely Unhelpful! I arrived to pick up my order and even though my app said that my order was ready for pickup, my order was not at the pick up center. There were several people waiting on their order, one person ahead of me was told that someone else must have picked up their order, so when I asked if they had picked up my order as well because my order was not at the pick up center, she just ignored me, another customer informed her that I needed assistance and she rudely ask what my name was and then asked if I was at the correct location that she didn’t have

i came to chipotle and as i came in me and other customers was waiting for about 5-10 minutes before we even got approached. Multiple people was behind the counter just watching me and other customers stand there. When i finally got approached it was by a African American female employee with ginger dreads and a half sleeve with glasses with nose piercings as well . She had a very nasty attitude was rushing with my food and order. When she got done with my burrito it was not fully wrapped in foil i could see about a quarter of the tortilla sticking out.
