6/1/26-5:45pm- I wish I could give 10 Stars for incredible service, food and ambiance! Great location with lots of parking options. Yes you need to pay but it’s much less than LBTS and many other restaurant locations! There is both inside and outside seating most of the outside seating is under cover from the elements. My first time here and I chose an outdoor high top ( not under cover). It was partly cloudy and I was certain no rain on the way. I was wrong and just as I took one bite of my eggplant meatballs- pouring rain! Two of the servers- John was one and I don’t know the other young man

What a nice surprise. We were in the area and my business partner was hungry and insisted in coming to the foundry. And so glad we did. Danielle at the bar was superb. She was attentive and very friendly. This place gives me NY nostalgia after living in NYC for 14 years. The decor brings back a Manhattan vibe. So we opted for the sliders and the truffle bianca pizza. Now this pizza does NY pizza justice. Thin crusted. With a drizzle of hone for taste. And just enough truffle oil. It was delectable. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and asked to be seated at an outdoor table. Our appetizer the Florida Coconut Shrimp was delicious and the mango salsa had great flavor and nice slow heat. We all got Mahi, one sand-which and two Caribbean Mahi platters. The dishes had great flavor but all the Mahi steaks were overcooked and dried out particularly in the thicker end of the cut. For the price the cook should have been spot on but was disappointing. Our service was mediocre. Overall there are lots of options locally we likely won’t be back.

Went for Happy Hour, stayed for dinner. Excellent service. Delicious food. I had the Truffle Mushroom Pizza with caramelized onion on g/f cauliflower crust and my hubby had Buffalo wings. The wings were large and saucy and that pizza!!! OMG, it was fantastic, (even the gluten eater thought so) 10/10 A beautiful evening to sit outside and enjoy the moment.
