9:49 AM and they are out of almost everything. If you can’t keep up with demand, then shut down. This place is a joke. The staff is untrained. Terrible experience—you guys suck. ​Update: I was charged but never received my food. Wendy's is much more honest. Unlike these clowns, they would never charge you for breakfast and then not give it to you.

I went through drive thru and menu was broken, had to go inside to order on the kiosk. I got Bacon QTR pounder meal with no cheese, pickles or ketchup. Got my food got in my car started driving back to work, took out a fry that was stone cold. I'm aggravated now. I get to work take out my burger, cheese on it and no bacon. I immediately calledthe store and got the asst. Mgr. She was very apologetic and said I could come in at anytime for a whole new meal for free. I advised I would be in around 5:30 in the evening. I go inside and explain to the person that came to the counter what happened

the employers are plane out disrespectful. I ordered my food on the kiosk. I grabbed a number to sit down. I waited 20 minutes. My food didn’t come. I went to the front and I told the lady working and then she made faces at me. She grabbed the food from the where you pick food up. She practically threw it at me. The she went to the back complaining about me to the workers and called me stupid I find this very unprofessional and I feel she should be punished.

Sat at drive thru for 5 mins hearing the workers laugh and talk kept saying hello hello, nothing. Drove to first window to open and the lady said oh yeah it’s broken. Okay put up a sign? We ordered one coffee to her. Drive to second window handed something completely different. Said we wanted one coffee and the worker seemed like he had never heard what coffee was before. Was then handed an absolutely undrinkable beverage and had to then park and go in and get it “fixed” to then another terrible coffee. I understand that it’s a McDonald’s and what are you going to do you get what you pay for b
