Visiting from Oklahoma. Stopped here at about 11pm. Food was good, but it was the service and atmosphere that made me go out of my way to make a whole review! Very nice, charismatic, and kind gentlemen working that night, and we went home full and satisfied. (Wish I could provide a better picture of the beautiful pancake they prepared for me, but I DEVOURED it)

I had a wonderful experience at the IHOP off 121 in The Colony! The restaurant was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which is always a great sign. The highlight of the visit, hands down, was our server, Miriam. She provided amazing service attentive, friendly, and super efficient. The food came out fresh, hot, and delicious. If you're stopping by this location, ask for Miriam! She truly made our meal fantastic. Will definitely be back.
