Review for McDonald’s (157th Ave & 88th St, Miami) I recently visited this McDonald’s location, and because the long line of cars outside at the drive-thru, I decided to place my order inside. I was assisted by Betsy, and I was truly impressed by the level of service she provided. She greeted me warmly, introduced herself, and took my order in a professional manner, speaking both Spanish and English exceptionally well. I come here a lot. I'm William the coffee guy. A lot of people here know me. I usually get a hot coffee, large, black, regular milk bottle, water cup, OR a large iced coffee, black (without sugar syrup) and same stuff mentioned. Coming here means a lot to me. I am beyond frustrated with this McDonald’s location. I sent my son to pick up a mobile order today, and I specifically ordered two large fries. What we got instead was a joke — BOTH containers were more than half empty. I don’t know if they’re trying to cut corners or just don’t care, but I paid for large fries, not whatever scraps they decided to throw in there. It’s bad enough when this happens once, but both fries? Seriously? This isn’t even a small mistake — it’s just pure laziness or disrespect to paying customers. If I wanted half a portion, I would’ve ordered a small. Do better!
