My daughter and I were out on a mission on 8 Nov 2025, to treat ourselves to some Culver's since our family tries to visit this franchise whenever we're away from home (surprisingly we don't have a Culver's in Las Vegas). We stumbled across this location as we were driving around, which was sort of a mistake because we normally visit another Culver's location closer to Boulder. Regardless, it was nice to try a new location and soak in a different scenery while enjoying their wonderful frozen custard. Bad Habit★★

Totally gave us our wrong order. We ordered jalapeno jalapeno pub burger. And then the pub chicken sandwich, spicy with sauce.None of it's on there.And i'm spending twenty three, some dollars.This is unacceptable.

This was our second visit. We were impressed thw first time, this time wasnt as great. I had a fish sandwich. The fish was very rubbery and chewy. Certainly seemed to have been sitting around for a bit. It was not made fresh. Similar issue with my wife's burger. It was not fresh, it wasnt even hot enough to melt cheese. The cheese was not melted at all. The food was disappointing. Service was great, and the restaurant was very clean

One visit they have no ice and don't bother saying anything so I get home to enjoy my meal with a warm soda. Another visit their soda machine isn't working or is out of gas. Get it together. Changed from 3 stars to 1 after getting home and seeing there was no honey mustard in the bag however it's on the receipt. Must be the B team in today.
