This is supposed to be the medium matcha ? If the employees wanted a drink, they could of asked, I would of much rather bought em one instead of the staff slurping half of mine smh... This is unacceptable !

This review is for corporate. Tried to review per receipt. It was difficult! Had to try 3 times, third time it said i had to review within 5 days and then left me hanging. I guess they don't care after 5 days. Started review happy and ended kind of PO'd. Not sure this is the type of marketing strategy DD was looking for.

I bought this sandwich and it came with the cheese wrapper still inside It can happen to anyone, but someone should mention to employees that it shouldn't happen often.

I’ve gave this place multiple chances to change my mind. But the employees are rude, so incredibly rude. They always act like it’s their first day on earth and they don’t know how to do anything. This one employee dropped my food in the drive through and didn’t even apologize, just watched me pick it up. After five visits and chances to change my mind I’m donnnnee with this Dunkin. Please train your employees better.
