Got a frozen hot chocolate was absolutely disgusting didn’t taste how it should at all no whipped cream loads of chocolate and very sweet

Stopped at this Tim Hortons for some coffee and breakfast before our ling drive. The coffee was good took 20 mins to make for some reason. The food we ordered was good was not well seasoned. Customer service was ok at best. Did get a chance to meet and nice old gentleman and his lovely dog who are a regular over there.

This morning I went to order breakfast and they didn’t have any hash browns. When I got my order no napkins….i was told none were on the truck. What restaurant doesn’t have napkins. Not having what I order is something I expect every time I go. The worst Tim Horton’s I have ever been too.
