I’ve been coming to this location for years frequently on Wednesdays for the buy one get one free soft serve sundaes. I came on 05/20/2026 and all was great. Now I came on 05/27/2026 and all the sudden the prices skyrocketed and my order is double the price. For four soft serve sundaes it was over $20. Will not be returning. Very disappointed.

prices have been raised so much, owners are rude, and rude to their employees right in front of customers! they have ruined a good thing. water in the milkshakes and now they have to WEIGH the ice cream!?? get out of here, I will be taking all my business to peaches n cream

the new owner is going to destroy this lovely location, im almost 20 and i’ve been going to carvel since i was a child. its always been pleasant and friendly and has a vibe of nostalgia. today when i went in the vibe was all off and the new owner was immediately giving the employees a hard time. i won’t be going back to my childhood carvel because of her sadly, she made a horrible cone, refused to remake it then after complaining remade it the same, it ended in a refund and the door being slammed in us.

Owner was screaming at employees and they were visibly distressed. Prices have gone up ridiculously and quantity has gone down. Will not be returning unless serious changes are made.
