I waited 25+ minutes for an order that I made through the drive thru. I don't mind waiting for fresh food but that's a crazy amount of time, especially counting the fact that they were slow and there was nobody in the store or drive thru AND the fact that the lady said it would only take 5 minutes. People who were just coming into the store were getting their orders before mine. Very nice people who work there but VERY slow.

We stopped into the KFC on West Hillsborough Ave & Kelly Road today around 11:25 AM on Monday morning May 11, during our lunch break before heading back to throw 10 pallets of sod … and let me just say that this location is ON POINT. 😂🍗 LaShonda and Gabby were both extremely attentive, friendly and professional from the moment we walked in. The entire restaurant was absolutely spotless like the entire dining area, counters and even the bathrooms were very clean, which honestly says a lot these days for real. The team here works so freaking well together and you can tell there’s definitely go
