This place never fails… it’s called “FAST FOOD” for a reason. You go thru the drive thru, order your food and you should get your food at the next window… NOPE NOT HERE.. they will make you park and wait for your food.. they’ll tell you park at any “empty” and literally no empty spots cause everyone is also waiting for their food..

05/14/2026 6:20 pm Ordered a McChicken and a triple cheeseburger with no cheese.Paid.Next window.Told to go park and wait.I declined.Manager came.I spoke to her in Spanish and told her she could give me my order or refund my money.Not moving to the disaster that is their park and wait.Asked me for me receipt,took a dna sample from my finger with her finger nail removing it from my hand.Very angry.Rushes to a register.Returns with my refund obviously enraged.No have a nice day,nada.I was not lovin' it. Got a daily double and they used minced onions instead of Slivered onions and instead of mayo they put ketchup which i hate ketchup that's why I get this burger so I don't have to make a special order. Parking lot is very small and drive through is tricky. Had to back up to even reach the window to pay as its a tight turn right on the corner of the building.
