My daughter and I went in on Tuesday June 2nd around 7-8 pm. The worst part of my experience at this restaurant was the customer service. The server who took my order was rude from the start—no greeting, no eye contact, and a very dismissive attitude. It felt like I was bothering them just by being there. When I asked a simple question about the menu, they gave a short, irritated response and didn’t even try to be helpful. This is a poor way to wrap a burrito. I understand it’s early in the morning and maybe the young man didn’t want to be there. But come on please learn to wrap a burrito. This burrito is destined to fall apart after the first three bites. Burritos are supposed to be cylindrical not square. Spread the ingredients out and wrap correctly. The flavors were great but man this was not easy to eat in my car before work.

Okay so normal I’m a 4.6 for this particular location. I know it was rather late when I ordered and normally if it was any other night I wouldn’t have ordered late… but I would have waited for the food to be cooked completely instead the rice was under cooked, veggies weren’t cooked, basically no chicken and the pieces I did have were the bottom of bag for sure, chewy and gross. I didn’t even eat the rest. Threw it way and tried for a different comfort food

Very poor ingredients and quality was not fresh. I ordered a vegetarian bowl to get some meat pieces in it. Expected better from Qdoba.
