I love Taco Bell sauce. I come for it. If I dont have it give me Wendy Chik Fil A Taco Johns Arbys. But add the sauce TB is #1. They dont have it out and made me feel ashamed for asking. And I got lectured. Its free for a reason. You think TB hasnt built it into the cost structure? HECK YEAH THEY HAVE YOU ARENT PROTECTING ANY SAUCE BUD. I wont be back to this taco bell every other one has the sauce free. And I Loooooovvvvvveee taco bell. Eat it 3 to 4 times a week. My baseline 5 stars. I wish I could give 6 sometimes. Horrible experience .5/5. Pass. Go to the one down the street.

The usual nighttime clerk is rude my order has been wrong on almost every occasion I ordered chicken nuggets to try them out and received very burnt nuggets and had to go back to get them remade. Having any modifications seems to mess up everything and getting things remade is always met with attitude

Totally would post a -10 star if I could. Went in to make order on Monday night. 6-7 people working!! I place my order on the kiosk and chose the option to pay cash at register, stood there for 25 minutes watching multiple other people who came in after me, get their orders first, not even a hello, not an I’ll be right with you not any greeting from not one person working behind the counter! . Finally got my food and it was a total nightmare, sloppy disaster! By 11:30 PM I was violently ill will not be returning to this location ever and will not recommend to anybody.! do people working should

I ordered a Cheesy Toasted Bacon burrito for $2.29 and requested additional cheddar cheese for $.80. I ate almost half of the burrito and tasted no cheese, at which point I documented the rest of burrito with some pictures. The last bite had a tiny bit of cheese. At no point in this dry burrito did I taste any nacho cheese At which point I turned around and drove back to the restaurant and went inside to address my disappointment with the quality of their product.
